MPBN on Merrymeeting Bay

Education, Press, Videos about FOMBBy Wendy ClarkSeptember 17, 2023Leave a comment

Formed by the confluence of six rivers, Merrymeeting Bay drains almost 40% of Maine’s fresh water into the Gulf of Maine through Chop Point. The bay is a unique inland freshwater river delta and the largest staging ground for migratory waterfowl in the Northeast.
